1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit it. The browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works in a similar way and is subject to the same rules, specifically article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE.
2. What this site uses
The aa2.es website does not set its own cookies. It uses two strictly necessary local storage items and counts visits with a tool that does not use cookies. The only technology subject to consent is the analytics with cookies from Microsoft Clarity, which loads only if you accept it.
2.1 Strictly necessary local storage
These items fall within the scope of article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE but, as they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request, they are exempt from consent.

2.2 Cookie-free visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics)
Vercel Web Analytics, from Vercel Inc., measures visits to the site in aggregate (pages viewed and where the visit came from). It does not use cookies, does not store or read information on your device, and does not identify you. The script is served from the site's own domain and the data is sent to that same domain. Because it does not access your terminal equipment, it falls outside the scope of article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and does not require consent. That is why you cannot switch it off from the cookie panel.
2.3 Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
Microsoft Clarity is the only technology on the site subject to consent. It loads only if AA2 has it enabled and only after you accept it. If you decline, it does not load.
Microsoft Clarity measures how the site is used (page views, clicks and navigation path) so that we can improve it. It may set the following cookies:

The duration of these cookies is set by Microsoft according to its configuration (see the Microsoft Clarity cookie list). When you accept, AA2 enables Clarity for analytics only and keeps advertising storage disabled. The information they generate is transmitted to Microsoft Corporation servers. You can read their policy at privacy.microsoft.com.
3. How to change or withdraw your consent
You can accept, decline or withdraw your consent at any time:
- From this site: click the "Manage cookie preferences" button in the footer. If you withdraw your consent, we stop loading Clarity and delete its cookies from the domain. The cookie-free visit statistics do not depend on this choice.
- Expiry: your choice is saved for 24 months. After that, we ask you again.
- From your browser: you can block or delete cookies and site data in its settings. Help links for the most common browsers:
If you block the site's storage, your choice cannot be saved and the cookie notice will appear again on every visit.
4. International transfers
Microsoft Corporation (Clarity) and Vercel Inc. (visit statistics) may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
